Change in the GFP Steering Committee

Dr. Robert Brakenridge, founder of the Dartmouth Flood Observatory and vice-chair of the GFP Steering Committee has announced that he is stepping down from the GFP Steering Committee. Bob's active engagement and initiative have been crucial for the setting up of the GFP and have shaped it for many years. Without Bob's contribution the GFP would not be where it is right now! Despite stepping down from the steering committee Bob will continue to engage as active participant in the GFP.

Fortunately, we can announce at the same time that Dr. Albert Kettner, Director of the Dartmouth Flood Observatory, will replace Bob in the GFP Steering Committee as Vice Chair. Albert has been already Co-Director of the DFO since 2011 and and has been an active member of the GFP community.
