After considering the different offers received to host the meeting, we are pleased to announce that the next Global Flood Partnership Annual Meeting will take place on 11 - 13 June 2019 in Guangzhou, China, hosted by the Sun-Yat Sen University.

We encourage especially users of globally-available flood products to join us at the meeting as we will focus on the services that the Global Flood Partnership can provide to better predict and manage flood disaster impacts and flood risk worldwide. 

There may be travel support available for a limited number of participants from less developed countries. Details about the meeting including funding availability, registration link, a draft agenda, and logistic information (hotel reservation, airport transport, shuttle bus, etc.) will be communicated at a future time by email and through the GFP website (https://gfp.jrc.ec.europa.eu). There is no registration fee.

Please save the dates and prepare for a useful and stimulating meeting in Guangzhou!
